The inspiration behind Euro Kitchen was born out of the love of animals, their wellbeing, their welfare and, of course, for the wellbeing of humankind and the planet.
Right now, we probably cannot change the world due to greater corporate, government and commercial agendas. Nevertheless, we do not need to conform to their cover ups, manipulation, dollar driven directives, greed and total lack of respect of animals, the planet/environment and of humankind.
We wish to present an alternative and challenge the train of thought through our vegan cuisine; foods that do not lack taste, flavour and traditional character.
My girlfriend and I had dinner here last night for my birthday. We tried the kebapi sausages and mushroom tortellini, with sides of mashed potatoes and salad. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the owner Nick is a super cool and friendly guy! 10/10 highly recommended 👌
Can't praise Euro Kitchen enough! Absolutely phenomenal flavours with nice big serves, lovely staff and great music. Absolutely going to be a new go-to place for me.
The most delicious food is here. The owner is the kind of wonderful human who would race after you to give you back money if he accidentally overcharged. They go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy every aspect of your meal and they have a terrific environmental ethic.
Always a pleasure visiting this place. The food is delicious. We are slowly working our way through the menu, all euro dishes like pastas, calamari, meatballs, kebabs ALL VEGAN. All delicious. The owner always takes care of you and makes time for a chat. Never has there been a more important time to support small businesses so take a visit, just off the main street 😊
Was walking back to the tram after having breakfast and the sign tempted me in... Vegan goulash. I haven't been able to make a decent version myself so even though I was full from brunch, I had to stop and give it a try. The owner was super friendly and let us split the goulash between two people and oh my goodness. It was so delicious. I wish I wasn't so full and had more time in Melbourne so I could've tried some of their other dishes. The store was fully wheelchair accessible (which is extra impressive for Fitzroy). Honestly if you're in the area, give it a shot, it's worth it.
